Guest guest
, What a great success story! So glad it went so well, and you got good results!! I just got my order of Braggs vinegar and it is so good! I haven't started drinking it with water, but plan to. Was good on my steamed spinach last night, though. I'm planning on flushing again in the next few months after doing two flushes in Feb and March...last time I even took pictures of some of the stones and posted them on my web page and also curezones because I had my digital camera out to to my eBay pics. I am not going to spend the $$ to get a followup ultrasound, but would be neat to hear if they see less when you go for a follow-up. Has anyone had ultrasounds after flushing and seen improvement? I usually go by how I feel. Take care, L. Meydrech, CN http://nutritionist.tripod.com/gallbladder.html ~ My Flushes http://www.mynsp.com/meydrech mailto:claudiameydrech@... Guest guest
I just did my first flush ever and I am thrilled with the results I got. I started to drink fresh apple juice 2-3 times a day, as well as Apple cider vinegar ( Braggs) about 2 cups a day, and started on the parasite program recommended in Dr.Hulda 's book The cure for all cancers. I was also eating very healthy, vegetarian diet, no milk products, drank lots of water. After 1 week on all of these above I was ready for the flush. In the morning I had a bowl of cereal with rice milk, and after that I drank water only untill 2 pm. After 2 no more drink , at 4 pm I had an enema, at 6pm I took my first dose of epsom with lemon, at 8pm another epsom salt , and finally at 10 pm the olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture. I drank it with 3 straws, and it wasn' t bad at all. Do not stop while drinking, and it goes easy... Then I lied down on my right side with a hot water bottle, and waited. After about 10 minutes I experienced a bit of cramping, felt like air moving through my intestines. It lasted for about less then an hour. After that I fell asleep ( I did not take any pills, but I think the Epsom salts had a calming effects). I woke up at 3 am, had my first bowel movement which consisted of clumps of sandy looking clusters, the size of lentils, part of which were green. I went back to sleep, at around 7 am had my next dose of Epsom salt drink ,then went to the toilet again to pass more of the sandy colored stones and a bit larger green ones. Afther this I had an empty feeling, I thought I was done, so I had an enema , took a shower and had alight cereal/fruit breakfast. The main surprise came after that, when I went again to the toilet and passed about 30 stones ranging from the size of chick pea to dime!!! My next trip brought out more stones, about 70, but they were smaller in size and as the day went by, with every trip I passed 3-5 more stones! My boyfriend was so impressed, he is going to do a flush this week! (Even though he has no symptoms of any kind) After the flush I felt like a MILLION DOLLARS, I am rejuvenated! And to think, I was ready for the surgery, I was in the hospital, but an infection of my liver stopped the doctors from operating on me, what a luck! Througout the flush and afterwards, I had not experienced any kind of pain, discomfort, even tiredness. The stones came out painlessly (franly I did not even k know untill I looked in the toilet ). I am doing another flush in 2 weeks, and then I am planning to go for an ultrasound and comfront the doctor, who told me that these stones can be taken out by surgery only!!!!! I hope my story will give you inspiration for your flush. Good luck, just do it!

Guest guest
Thank you all for your responses and for the group here, where I got my ideas and encouragement from. It sure feels great to be in charge of one's health, and to feel that your body is in control again! This is an incredible feeling! I felt so good after the flush, I wanted to go to the gym, but they closed early, so I went next day! I will keep you updated about my second flush and the ultrasound (and the doctor's reaction!) Guest guest
Hello , I did not comunicate for a while, was very busy, but I did an other flush, which produced about 70 stones, one of them was a 2.5 cm x 1.2 cm, quite large, but passed without any incident.. I had an ultrasound last week, and I went to a diferent facility where nobody knew my medical history. On my first ultrasound my doctor told me that the walls of my GB are thickened and my GB is in very poor condition an full of stones. Last week I was told that I have a lot of stones, how many I asked, about 5, and they told me they are very large. How large? 1 cm. I told them my story of flushes and that I passed a stone much larger than that. Stones do not worry me ,I know now how to get rid of them, I was concerned about my GB and my liver, they checked them out carefully and there is no visible damage to either one. No thickened walls either. I was really relieved to find this out. Does anyone know if the GB and it's walls can regenerate ? Or I am suspecting that the doctor added that for good measure to scare me into the surgery. I never hve any of the pain or really any symptoms like the others in this group, no indigestion or any other discomfort. I am planning to do about 4-5 more flushes and then go for another ultrasound. I am only 36 and will do anything to save my GB.
Guest guest
>Does anyone know if the GB and it's > walls can regenerate ? ...The liver can regenerate, but walls of the gallbladder are thickened when they are inflamed, I believe. When the gallbladder is being cleansed like you are doing, it seems logical to conclude that the thickening will go down. I was looking at pictures on the web of gallbladders that had been removed, one site had one with thickened walls, and you can see just how red and inflamed it loods compared to another that looked healthy but was removed because of stones...here's a link to site with pictures, the last one on the list when you page down has picture of inflamed, thickened gallbladder: http://www.jhbmc.jhu.edu/Surgery/gensurg/centers/gallbladder.html L.
