Zora, Sounds like a good idea to wait until you feel ready

to flush. You might want to consider using Flax Seed Oil

for the flush, 1/4 cup flax seed oil and 1/4 olive oil

mixed with the fresh grapefruit juice when you do the

flush as Flax Seed Oil is a precursor to anti-inflammatory

prostaglandins...long way of saying it has some

properties that encourage bodies production of

antiinflammatory prostaglandins. I do this and it seems

to help with the inflammation. And the ducts will relax

with the Epsom Salts. Hope you figure out how to combine

all the great suggestions to a program that works just great

for you :-)
