is there a natural alternative to tamoxifen ?

Hello,

My name is Brindusa and this is my first post.

My sister was diagnosed in january with Her2+ ER+/PR+ breast cancer, Stage 3A.

She had conventional treatment (chemo and radio) which almost destroyed her .

Recently she stopped the herceptin (after 5 rounds) because of the very strong

side effects (blood platelets was at 27.000) and hearth damage. Now her doctor

asks her to start tamoxifen.

Is there a natural alternative to tamoxifen ?
