Guest guest
We are having trouble getting the quark through a feeding tube. Is there any way to liquify or thin the mixture while still keeping the FO/CC ratio correct? Is drinking yogurt or regular yogurt an option? I understand that cottage cheese is more effective than yogurt and so would like to use CC. Taste/Flavor is not a factor. Thank you.
Guest guest
You can thin it down with some milk or if you are making your own quark from kefir you can add some kefir to make it thinner and that would not effect the ratio of quark to flax oil at all. As a matter of fact before I started making my own quark I only used my homemade kefir with the flax oil and it worked out fine.
