Guest guest
You asked who here is on testosterone pellets. As far as I can tell, it is me and Earnest. I am now six weeks after my first surgical implementation, done by Dr. Gino Turera at SottoPelle in sdale, Arizona, the phone there is 480-874-1515. I flew there from Albuquerque and met with him for about one half hour, my blood work consisting of T level, estrogen, and PSA, was faxed to him days prior. He charged $200 for the one time initial consultation, and then he numbed my butt and put in 1600mg of pellets, I did not feel any pain whatsover. But you do have to keep an ice pack on the area every so often for two days afterwards to reduce any possible swelling, no big deal. He told me to get my T and E levels checked four weeks afterd implementation, I did, and his nurse called me back and told me the levels were " excellent " , and I should next have blood work done for the same tests after four months. I am told that this 1600mg amount will last at least four months, and sometimes as long as five. So far, I am sold on pellets. For the first time in 35 years, I feel stable, no mood swings, and I don't ache as much anymore, get nice erections in the morning, etc. He charges $700 for his surgical fee, including the pellets, and I should expect this charge each subsequent visit. I am 56 now, and I am grateful that I can now afford this cost a couple of times a year. So far, very good, and very happy with pellets. norton
Guest guest
Hi, The costs in Augusta GA are less. I get most of my expense for new pellets covered by Medicare. The patient without Medicare pays about $450 for the next set of pellets. Medicare in other parts of the nation does not covered pellet therapy to the same extent. This savings may make it enough for some to fly to Augusta, GA to see Dr. Gambrell who has provided treatment for andropause for decades. There is a Dr. Lovell in Baton Rogue also. ernestnolan > > You asked who here is on testosterone pellets. As far as I > can tell, it is me and Earnest. Guest guest
Thanks for the help. I am debating getting it done in Vegas as Im headed out there, not sure on the costs yet, but considering its vegas, theyll probably be higher there. $700 is actually quite steep considering t-cyp is about $120 for 4 months... but I do see the benefits. Ill keep board updated on if I do it or not and the results. Cheers, Armyguy > > You asked who here is on testosterone pellets. As far as I > can tell, it is me and Earnest.
