What drugs boost natural testosterone production? My nads are really

small and I also tested on the very low end of the range for

testosterone, but it was a couple years ago so I don't remember the

exact test or number. Just want to know which way to direct my

doctor.... Not really interested in taking testosterone as much as I

am in making more of my own?

Nothing does clinically! A clean lower but (good fat) diet will help

lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol thus increasing your

chains capable of producing T and other male hormones. Non-smoking,

plenty of exercise, including cardio, strength and interval training

increases T-levels. There are some other treatment tribulous territis

extract has been shown to raise T-levels in some men. Also, NO and I

mean NO antibacterial soap or any soap that contains " tryclocarban " ...

This chemical mimics T and thus your system lowers production of real

T... Also stay away from lavender and tea tree oil, although to a

lesser degree. Unfortunately nothign the doctor can give you

Lower fat diets lower HDL - they don't raise HDL.
