Guest guest
I am similar to you 2.3 cm here one big stone. Here is what I learned. ___ I have never had an attack. I had to fake an attack and demand an ultrasound before they found the stone. ___ The surgeon told me that huge gallstones rarely get stuck and would probably cause no problem. He recommended waiting and see approach. __ He admitted that laproscopy would be difficult, they would sratr that way but they reserved the right to convert over toa full procedure if necessary. Since the full procedure requires 6 weeks recovery at home, I just could not take the chance with my jon being away that long. ____ So, I started using Chaing's chinese herbs to dissolve the stone. My plan is to wait 6 months and get another ultrasound and see if it is shrinking. When I get it small enough I plan to do a flush. ____ I may be optimistic, but its the only solution that makes sense to me. > Forgive me if I'm posting a question that's already been addressed > in the group.
