Guest guest
Hi, " MissMouthy: :-) Maybe you can find out how many gallbladder surgeries your surgeon has done, and ask if any had problems. Again, we had 4 in our church have this surgery since January, all under 40, I am amazed at how many all at once, but all are doing well, and all able to have the laporoscopic surgery. My hubby wishes I'd get it done, too, but I'm holding out. Don't have a perfect liver/gallbladder, but it is working better with the flushes. I'll know when...and if...it's time. Don't leave us, let us know how it goes. Let us know the date of the surgery and time so we (I) can pray. L. Guest guest
Good luck on your surgery!! I had mine done in September 2001, It was way easier than I had expected. I tried cleanses and things but nothing seemed to work for me. I still have some problems, but nothing like having a gallbladder attack twice a week along with pancreatitis. I have developed what they call irritable bowel syndrome which I know is from a lack of a gallbladder since it started right after the surgery, but its easier to deal with that pain and I am able to eat again.I am sure you will be ok and you shouldnt worry about your bile duct! It is possible to damage that with a large stone anyway!! Good luck!!!! >From: " Terrie " <missmouthy529@...> >Reply-gallstones >gallstones >Subject: Re: I am Losing It, To the Group >Date: Mon, 05 May 2003 01:25:25 -0000 > > Say a prayer for me. Guest guest
I add my name to the list of those who will be thinking of you tomorrow as you go into surgery. I love the Psalm you close your listings with, Psalm 91 - it is one that has very special meaning to our family. Take comfort in it, quote it as you go to surgery. We will look forward to hearing of your successful surgery. L. Meydrech, CN http://nutritionist.tripod.com/gallbladder.html ~ My Flushes http://www.mynsp.com/meydrech mailto:claudiameydrech@...
