Greetings.

I converted your results into American units & reference ranges since I'm

familiar with those

si.dtl). Your total Testosterone 18.1 nmol/L = 521.61 ng/dL (American

Association of Clinical Endocrinologists range: 300-1000 ng/dL), & your

estradiol 90 pmol/L = 24.52 pg/mL (optimal range of estradiol: 20-30 pg/mL).

Your testosterone & estradiol are " in range " , & your pituitary seems to think

you don't need to produce more testosterone. An average testosterone level for

your age would be above 600 ng/dL, though.

Perhaps your sex hormones are not be the source of your woe. Have you had your

thyroid hormones tested recently? Hypothyroidism can also cause low energy, low

libido, etc. When your thyroid is off, other hormones may compensate.

Furthermore, an overactive or underactive thyroid may reduce testosterone

production.

You definitely have reason to be concerned. Are you experiencing significant

stress otherwise?

gymnasium regularly and have been for 3 years.

Thank you very much for your response and taking the time to convert my results

=)

I had a complete workup including TFT, LFT, FBE, U+E and every result was normal

except platelets which were slightly below the lower end of the reference range

(thought to be insignificant).

The symptoms i feel i would liken more to depression, with the exception of my

low - non existent libido which is what first made me turn towards a hormone

assay.

I experience quite a lot of stress from study and perhaps that is just the

reason i am always so miserable. If you believe my testosterone levels are

within reason then i will go back to focusing on my stress management

techniques. Thank you again for your response

Are you pushing your self to hard if so your adrenals can become over worked and

not put out enough cortisol have this tested first do a morning fasting blood

test if your below 15 do a saliva test. Sounds to me like your suffering from

Adrenal Fatigue. Try not going to the gym for 2 weeks to see if you feel better

walk for exercise for them 2 weeks.
