Guest guest
Elijah, As I see it, you have a few options: 1) some lifestyle adjustments, 2) more testing to find what's causing your feeling, or 3) " watchful waiting " . 1- Perhaps some stress management/supplements will help you feel better sooner. Massage & socializing a bit more (especially with women) can help you feel somewhat better, in addition to making slight changes to your hormones. Oxytocin increases from these activities (as well as from orgasm), & can stimulate testosterone production. Plus, it can help with libido. Martial arts might be good, assuming you give yourself enough rest time in between activity. 2- Or perhaps you should test further. ttwenties raised a good point in another post- you could spend a lot of time, energy, & money trying to find what's wrong. It may be worth it if you find something, but it might not be if you don't. I don't know enough about ferritin to comment about it & the potential effects of your current ferritin level. 3- " Watchful waiting " might involve aspects of both the other options- keeping an eye on how your levels or symptoms change as you make minor lifestyle adjustments without seeking testosterone replacement therapy. At this point, no doctor would give you TRT, anyway. ~Xian > > Guys, > > I just talked to the andrologist and I guess I have some mixed feelings about this. > > First of all it was a phone consult and he seemed to be in a hurry. Guest guest
Thanks Xian, I need to make a decision if I should just go on and live my life, trying to improve what I can, or if I should do some more tests. I will definitely do some more research regarding the ferritin levels. Thank you very much! Best regards, Elijah > > > > Guys, > > > > I just talked to the andrologist and I guess I have some mixed feelings about this. > > > > First of all it was a phone consult and he seemed to be in a hurry.
