Guest guest
The gallbladder and liver do require fat, if you find that saturated animal fats cause pain and discomfort, try taking a teaspoon of virgin olive oil at first and then maybe a dessertspoon of the same, well swish around your mouth. As said before the gallbladder NEEDS FAT, but better to use olive oil, and some flax and/or virgin hempseed oil, as the harder saturated fats MAY cause indigestion and are more difficult for the liver to handle. Olive oil, actually helps to oxygenate the body. Where are people getting the idea that they should completely avoid fats please. I believe Dale ran into a lot of trouble by avoiding most fats, fatty acids perform many important functions in the body, so no fat is not healthy. anne
