I alway take mine before bed. I believe I read somewhere that there is more

conversion T-->E2 at night.

The " half life " of Arimidex is 50 hours, so it shouldn't really matter when you

take it. Taking it every other day is quite effective.

I find it really makes no difference for me. Though I often take it a

couple hours before sex. It maximizes the " viagra effect " of it for

me.

Yes best to take it at night I have panic attacks when Estradiol goes to high

and I allways have them in the middle of the night. So do take it at bed time.

Yes but if you do it every 4 days I was with .5 mgs it will not work as well as

doing .25 mgs every otherday. Dr. told me this at his forum.

I always take it in the morning, I find it takes about 5-6 hours to really

kick in for me, if I am feeling any hi E2 effects.

I use to but by taking it at night I can have dam good sex in the morning but I

am retried and when you my age 65 you feel much better in the morning. I have

dam good wood in the morning after that time it's iffy.
