You're welcome!

Our gallbladders need fat to help them work so it can do what it's supposed

to do--pump bile. But it needs healthy fat. Everything in our bodies need

healthy fat to survive. There are lots of healthy fats: avocados, your

healthy oils such as cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil and

many, many more, nuts, etc.

I understand about your pain. I have two small stones (or had) and my GB is

sore since I did the cleanse Sat. night. Actually it's been sore for a

couple of weeks now because of attacks. I was having a minor attack one day,

woke up that way in the morning, and that afternoon I went into the kitchen,

I felt the stone move. I immediately felt relief! I know that it must have

been around the mouth of the GB again. It had been doing that for a month,

off and on. It felt like my two small stones were playing volleyball for a

while. I sure hope that I passed them.

So you're actually doing good. I hope that your ultrasound reveals that it's

smaller. I know that you'll be relieved and you must let us know. Okay?

Take care,

Susie

P.S. I want to know if that Chanca Piedra works. I may try it too! I think

it's also supposed to help kidney stones break up.
