Guest guest
Hi, I have suffered with gallstones for about 10 years, but the pain always seems to worsen when I have my period. I am not on BC pills, although I did take them for a couple of years when I was in my late teens ( I am now 34). The pain is nothing like your standard time-of-the-month cramping, it is in the region of my gb just under my right ribcage. I don't understand why the pain suddenly increases then, only to become nearly non-existant for the 3 weeks or so in between. Can anyone explain this?
