That's probably one of the reasons many Americans have more gallstones now, along with other things. Go study Dr. Cabot's website and order her book entitled " The Liver Cleansing Diet. " She talks about essential fats that everyone needs and explains the dangerous ones. Here is one of her websites: http://www.sandracabot.com/ Also, it sounds like you're doing good. Just the proper diet will help you more. But it all takes time. Think how long that stone must have been there. I know that you want to get rid of it, but you must have patience. It just takes time. Guest guest
Well Ultrasound revealed one large stone in Jan of 2.8 CM. I declined surgery. I started taking Gold Coin Grass, Curcuma, and Coptis (Chineese herbs) along with lots of apple juice and low fat diet. And castor oil packs 4 days a week for an hour. I have never had an attack but for almost a year now I have had an uncomfortable feeling under my rib cage. It's like the big stone is lettting me know its there. Just short of pain more discomfort. Hard not to notice it though, depending on how i move my body. Well 4 months of dissolving herbs later and the discomfort is still there. I can only asssume it is getting no smaller. Follow up with my GI doc is July. I hoped that the July ultrasound would show a much smaller stone. But I dont think it will. If it doesn't its surgery time this summer. I only have 2 months to show some progress on this thing, I need to relieve this discomfort feeling. I just started chanca pedra and apple cider vinegar. Is there anything else I can do. I have not flushed yet as it was my plan to start flushing when it was much smaller in size. At a little over an inch an calcified it could do serious damage to the bile duct if it got stuck. I would end up in the emergency room real fast. What can I do, is thhere any hope to svae my gallbladder? Any advice?
Guest guest
Thanks for the diet advice. I wil check it out. I am trying for patience but, the uncomfortable feeling under the rib cage is interfering with my life. It distrubs my work, I cant bend over with noticing it. It greatly degrads the quality of my life. The only way to get rid of the discomfort is to get rid of the stone. It's only a matter of time before the discomfort wins and I loose. I need to speed up the process somehow, to have a chance. > > > Well Ultrasound revealed one large stone in Jan of 2.8 CM. I > > declined surgery.
