Guest guest
Does anyone know if exercise helps prevent stones from re-ocurring? When I wanted to do the flush, the doctor said my gall bladder would keep producing stones even after flushing. I know there are herbs and things like ACV that you can take to help prevent stones from forming. However, I'd like to know if anyone has had any success or noticed improvements from exercising. Here's article about this from Dr. Mercola's site in case anyone is interested. (It also mentions that beets help to thin bile.) http://www.mercola.com/1999/archive/exercise_prevents_gallstone_surger y.htm
Guest guest
Its not that I dont believe dr's they are right when they say that once you flush the gallstones more appear ~ but they dont tell you why ~ the reason is because gallstones begin in your liver ~ then move into your gallbladder ~ so of course you would have more after you flush ~ it takes about 8 flushes or a total of 2500 gallstones to completely flush your liver/gallbladder ~ also yes exercise is good for the gallstones/gallbladder check this link out http://health./search/healthnews?lb=s & p=id%3A42064 Good luck!
