I had a hard time with the olive oil as well and got advice from an old women

in the health food store she did this mixed her olive oil and lemon in a tiny

bit of coke went right down. I am not a POP drinker but this did help get it

down.

take the oil with the grapefruit juice. mix it thoroughly. it will taste

like grapefruit juice.

i did have problems at first getting the stuff down. deep breathing helps

alot. i would chug it like beer, and if i felt nausea then i would try to

calm myself down as much possible and breathe deeply. also it might help to

know that the more nauseous you feel, probably thbe more successful the

cleanse will be. this has been the case with me all the time. just try to

focus on the benefits of what you are doing and this will also help you get

it down.

you might not get stones out with the first flush or every subsequent flush,

but keep on keepin on and you'll get them.

also, i take maple syrup with the epsom salts. i find a sweetener helps alot

more than something bitter like citrus.

Here are some of my opinions based on the flushes I have done..

1. The amount of fat in the olive oil forces your gallbladder to contract &

therefore expelling the stones.

2. I found that using a straw makes it worse. I sip the olive oil & them lemon

juice a little at a time & hold my nose the whole time. I hold my nose, sip the

olive oil, sip the lemon. let go of my nose & keep repeating until I am done.

It works much better that way. i also keep peppermint oil handy to sniff if I

get too sick to my stomach.

3. some flushes it took me longer to see stones.. If you do not have a good

bowel movement by later tonight. do an enema to flush them out & then look

carefully.

Good luck & congrats on trying!

I am curious...why did you not choose the grapefruit? Mixes well and goes

down well.

Congratulations on your first flush!

The body is an amazing thing...don't know how one can deny

there is a Creator when you look at all that it does. As the oil

passes the right spot in the small intestine, it is triggored to release

the contents of the gallbladder into the small intesting to break down

and digest fat or oil This happens with any fatty meal we eat, but when

we do the flush, we are cleaning out the intestinal system, then taking a

lot of

oil so that the gallbladder/liver REALLY contracts to spill out it's

contents

into our small intestine, where it then moves it's way through the

intestinal system and " out " .

> 2) I need bigtime suggestions on getting the olive oil down.

Please do what others have suggested and mix with FRESH

SQUEEZED grapefruit juice, it makes all the difference. Shake

it together, drink it down (it will go down REAL easy) and lie

down. I just started doing it with Grapefruit Juice a year ago after

using other methods, and nothing is easier.

Did you throw up the olive oil? It is possible, it really has to stay down

there for some time. Don't be frightened off from trying again by this,

just do it with the grapefruit juice next time and it will be much better.

Usually it takes more than one flush to get a good cleanse, but not

always, but if you see nothing, you may need to give it another go.

You were probably nervous, too. Congratulations on giving it a try!!
