Use of Avodart to reduce DHT

I was using 7.5g of Androgel daily for several years, getting good T values,

until my PCP became alarmed about the elevated DHT. So Androgel was lowered to

5g daily.

Based on everything I have experienced and have learned from internet sources, I

would prefer to go back up to 7.5g.

Does anyone here take Avodart for the express purpose of lowering DHT that has

come about via TRT?

Of course, another way to approach this " problem " is to rationalize that there

is nothing all that bad about " high " DHT.
