Guest guest
I have tried the flush I read on the cure zone I never had any pain and I must admit I did not check up on the flush as much as some people did on this board. I did grew up eating bacon and eggs almost every day. I thought this flush could not hurt me I used the Epson salts then the lemon juice and olive oil. The flush worked just like it said on the web page little stones approximately 1/8 " then stones up to 1/2 " in diameter. I have done the flush on 3-4- 2003 and 4-4-2003. I would like to know if it is normal when someone does the flush you feel a little tender in your lower back? My next question is. I noticed in my waste what seems like hard rubbery matter that looks like the lining of the bile ducts Is it possible I have done damage to the bile ducts? I read I should flush about 4 times should I wait more than 1 month between flushes

This is believed to be caused by a diet high in refined wheat flour and other refined foods. Dr. Jensen was a very strong advacate of getting the colon cleared of this cause of various other problems. As regards the back ache, yes, it can tend to cause a great discomfort, but not nearly as much as an actual liver or gallbladder attack. It took me years to get away from having that problem, which would last for a couple of days after a flush. I have a picture of six stones that I had passed back in '99' with one being around 17 to 18 mm or 3/4 of an inch in size. No doubt they had to stretch something to get through a duct.
