Dear Gang,

Yesterday we did our 6th liver flush. Vic and I have stored the stones in

jars in the freezer. (Yuk!) Yesterday I was transferring my stones into a

larger jar when I accidently chopped one in half with the edge of the knife.

I tried to wipe the green muck off the knife onto the rim of the jar. It

would not come off! I tried scraping the remaining stones out of the jar.

They were so sticky, waxy and greasy that I could not easily rinse the jar

out. Even with hot soapy water I had to scrub to get this substance out of

the jar and off the knife. Yuk!!!!!!!!!!

I had no idea that the stones were made up of such vile, sticky goo. No

wonder they can make us feel so sick!!!! Imagine what this stuff does to

our arteries! No wonder people have strokes, heart attacks, aneurisms etc.

I believe this is all caused from eating animal products. Three and a half

years ago we went onto the Hallelujah diet. www.hacres.com Yesterday's

experience with the fatty gallstones has confirmed to us even more the

importance of what we put into our bodies.

The liver flushes are an amazing and natural way to remove this toxic waste

from our bodies. It has been one of the best things we have done to help us

get well, along with an excellent diet.

Sorry I have been so graphic, but I am just amazed that we can put all this

garbage into our bodies and appear to get away with it for perhaps 40 or 50

years before something goes seriously wrong with us. Our bodies are so

awesome. If we will treat them well and put good fuel in they will serve us

well for many years.

Wishing you health,

Rosemary Trudeau.
