Hello, I just started taking Chanca Piedra last Thurs., the 22nd. I got off of it on Sunday because I was having mild discomfort for a couple of hours after I'd take it. I basically just felt bad all over. I may have to go back and read the info on it. Susie

P.. that you could go through spells of not feeling well as stones start to pass. Many of the supplements/foods that break down stones do so by increasing the flow of bile (I don't know that this is specific to this C... P...) and if bile is increasing it's flow and stones are moving down out of the liver, getting smaller, whatever, after some time, they will begin to pass out of the gallbladder. At those times some feel nauseous...I do. Interesting info on the hypoglycemia when taking C.. P.., I hadn't seen that anywhere, guess that's one I won't be able to use as my blood sugar has leveled out over the years and I don't want to go back there again :-) L.
