SLIPPERY ELM.

This is from the inner bark of the tree, its very soothing and soaks up and

neutralises acids, also help membranes to heal/

Far better than drugs which do NOT really solve the problem, the slippery elm

is also quite nutritional

and can be taken as a food. Also its common for peoples lymphatic systems to

be overworked and toxic, consider a lymphatic drainage massage over several

months, to help with the health issues.

Best wishes anne

I agree on the benefits of slippery elm. Two others are ginger root

and marshmallow root. Or you could buy Digestive Support at

http://www.extremehealthusa.com . This product got me off the

prescription drugs.

It contains slippery elm, ginger, & marshmallow and a few digestive

enzymes thrown in for good measure.

It is all natural and more effective than any of the prescription

drugs I tried.
