If you get a chance, read the book entitled " The Omega 3 Connection. " Susie
Guest guest
Just found more info on PubMed about the link between Omega 3s/Essential Fatty acids and cancer. Am compliling info on the effects of other type of cancers before posting. It was quite encouraging, all scientifically based and I am convinced that the healthy fats may very well be the missing link. Donna

My dad is taking blue ice clo, but he doen't measure it he takes about a tablespoon per day. His diet otherwise is poor in omega 3. I am taking two teaspoons of it. I know that if we continue to take this brand we have to take a seperate vitamin a supplement, but can we get away with it for another month or so? We have two bottles to go and then I am getting the quantum brand that has more even levels of these. Can this cause us problems even if we are only doing this for a short period of time? > +++Hi kelly. No, it won't cause big problems if taken for a short period of time. Yes, it is okay to give your toddler cod liver oil when she hasn't had 85% of her body exposed to the sun during optimum times of the day for at least 20 minutes. Days she happens to get enough sun exposure, just don't give her the dose for one day. Bee
