Testosterone replacement and ZMA

I just saw an endo who prescribed Androgel...I have concerns about insomnia

related issues and was thinking of combining a morning dose of Androgel with an

evening dose of ZMA...has anyone used this combination and what were your

results?

On a separate issue...I seem to be seeing a lot of forums that suggest while you

may have good results with topicals the results seem to fall off over time and

patients switch to injectibles for higher levels of T?

I am a newbie to all of this...cycle 15 hours a week...race MTBs...and have

found over the last couple of years that I have lost motivation...and recovery

is much harder.

Thanks for all of your responses...

Androgel is the absolute most expensive way of getting T,it is virtually ALL

proft for the drug company.

A lot of guys do not stay on skin spreadons very long because some absorb

better than others, and it is a daily chore.

Self injecting in the thigh is the cheapest, and probably most effective way of

regulating T levels, and because it is done either once every two weeks (some

like me) or every week like some more, it is not the daily remembering and

doing.
