Thanks for all your replies and advice. I do not feel so alone in this now

and feel much happier in the knowledge that there are people out there who

care to give advice and support. I am really grateful.

Am going to hold off having the surgery.

Went in today for the next batch of my Chinese herbs, which are a concoction

of about fifteen - can't remember them all but Chinese gentian, raspberry

leaves and jujuba bark are in there. Also tangerine skin. When I go in

every week for my herbs I'll try and remember three more each time and let

you know. The doctor showed me which ones they were but I just can't recall

them all (maybe I can ask her for something for my memory - or lack of it!).

She told me to have faith in this treatment. I just have a gut feeling that

it will be ok and that she will help sort me out. Don't feel right having

surgery without having explored every avenue to save my poor old gb - we've

been through a lot together!!

Thanks again

,

It is so good to hear an update from you; I posted last week asking

how you and Cristina were doing!

I also searched in vain online for any type of helmet treatment in

Malta, and came up empty-handed; I'm so sorry!

I'm sure repo continues to be difficult for you; it certainly is a

hard job!. Cristina is still young enough to benefit from agressive

repo, and I hope you see results soon. We used repo only for our

daughter Remy, and didn't have to use a helmet or band. Did you take

any top, side, or front view pictures to use as a reference point in

determiming whether or not you are seeing improvement? We found that

to be critical in keeping us motivated for repo, since we were able to

see improvement over time by comparing them.

I remember last time you said that you were ordering some repo

products online... did you receive any of them, and are they working

for you?

Take care, and good luck with your repositioning,

Christie (Mom to Repo'd Remy)
