Your sodium is on the low side check your Aldosterone levels you might be

dumping your sodium. Try adding a half a tsp full of some good Sea Salt first

thing in the morning to a glass of water then drink it all down see it you don't

feel better.

Your Iron is low do some more labs to check this.

Total Iron

Iron Binding Capacity

Iron % Saturation

Ferritin

B-12

Triglycerides are high are you losing weight.

Your Thyroid looks low do this test in the morning to tell if your hypo.

http://drbate.com/Ref/thyroid.html

Vit D is low watch this video.

http://www.uvadvantage.org/portals/0/pres/

Your Cortisol is very low you now need to do a 4x's in a day Saliva Test to see

what stage of Adrenal Fatigue your at.

http://www.tmuscle.com/article/diet_and_nutrition/adrenal_fatigue_101 & cr=dietAnd\

Nutrition

http://www.chronicfatigue.org/ASI%201%20.html

In this link are links all about this and treating it.

http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=12 & t=256

I feel you need to test your Sex Hormones do the following.

Estradiol sentive Code #4021

Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code # 14966X.

LH and FSH

Prolactin

Now you need to know this is what I see I am not a Dr. but I feel you have a lot

on your plate here.

It might well be you have a Pituitary Problem and doing an ACTH Stim. test would

help to see it you have this problem.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACTH_stimulation_test

Do the above labs before treating any thing.

Potassium is a bit low. Next time you test it may help to determine 24 hour

cortisol levels if you do a 24 hour saliva test kit; your am looks ok, but a

look at 24 hours should help rule out high cortisol (can't sleep at night,

anxiety etc.)which symptoms mimic low cortisol and thyroid issues..it's complex

and takes some time to rule out..

The guys have given you advice about your s*x hormones, but I would urge you

also to do further thyroid testing too: TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 (emphasis on

FREE)...the doc didn't do most of the important tests; my dh had most of your

symptoms and all were a combination of low T, low Cortisol and low thyroid...El

horrible feelings ive ever had.

Yes it is horrible I would be so bad off a would just lay in bed of sit and tell

everyone to leave me alone the more they asked me what was wrong the worse it

got. I wish I could give you some Arimidex when this would happen I would take

the pill and all would be better in less then an hour.

Can't you get your Dr. to give you something even a script for a few pills would

not kill you. Did you have to go back on the gel.

It's not really a panic attack it's your body reacting to the high Estradiol and

feels like one.

Go to the health food store and by some DIM here is a link about how it works.

Eat as much of this as you can it might help.

Metagenics also has a great product for estrogen metabolism called Meta I3C .

I tried 13C when I first found my estradiol levels were to high this product did

nothing to lower my estradiol E2 levels and caused me other problems. I found

out most of 13C gets killed in the stomach and a lot of DIM products do the same

thing. I came across Indolplex/DIM this dose not get killed in the stomach and

works well if your levels are not to high. At one time we could get 13C

Compounded into a cream that you rub on your fore arms this worked great. But

the Compounding Lab that did this and owned the formula went under.

The newer DIM's out there by BioResponse is said to work well I have not tried

this but others say it works great.

http://www.bioresponse.com/Real-Facts-on-Safety-13C-vs-DIM.asp?gclid=CKKglu_x_Zw\

CFQ4MDQodPkq-0A

Some time ago Life Extension wanted A. Zeligs, M.D. to join them and

push there products and his DIM. He turned them down so they went on the attack

against him.

http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2002/jan2002_report_i3c_01.html

http://www.dimfaq.com/index.htm

http://qualitycounts.com/fpdim.html

The problems out there is there is a lot of junk put out on the market as soon

as a new study says something is good for us. They crank the junk out put a lot

of money into advertising and it has very little of the product in it. They are

just riping people off.

I have found in the yrs I have been at this and there are many of them if one

has very high levels of Estradiol it's best to get them down with arimidex. A

lot of men see a Dr. find out they are low on Testosteoone and the Dr. just puts

them on TRT with out even Testing there Estradiol or trying to find out why they

are low. Going on TRT it is then to late to find out way one is low.

One of the big reasons for low T in older men is high levels of Estradiol and

getting this down there Testosterone levels can jump some 200 to 300 points and

they don't need TRT.

You're right, Arimidex is by far the best option. We've had mixed results with

I3C, but some success.

We have one pharmacy willing to compound Arimidex for daily use but haven't

found it as affective as splitting a pill a couple times a week.

The misinformation and ignorance out there is astounding. We've actually had

pharmacists try and refuse to fill scripts of Arimidex for men.

Its an uphill battle against ignorance.

It's funny you said this about the pharmacy I had the opposite problem I had to

fight with my Dr. to get a script for Arimidex he kept trying things like

Raloxifene (Evista), Tamoxifen (Nolvadex)and 13C. I finely got mad as hell at

him and asked what is wrong with trying Arimidex he said he did not want BCBS

calling him asking him why he was giving me a drug for women. He then said they

will not pay for it well at the time I had ED, could not reach an orgasm if I

use a penis pump and penis ring to have sex. I has a bad problem with Panic

Attacks, bad rashes just under my arms on the sides of my body and on the back

of my calif's. I was red on the upper part of my body and would feel hot and

sweat 24/7. I had problems with anxiety and brain fog and Prostate.

It was my Druggist that told me he fills more scripts for arimidex for men then

he dose for women and BCBS pays for it.

I went on it and it took some time to get my high levels down I was above the

top of the range the labs said >90. We started at .5mgs every other day after 6

weeks my levels never moved down. So we did .5 mgs everyday then in 2 weeks I

got my involuntary nocturnal erections that appear during REM (Rapid Eye

Movement) sleep back after not having them for over 30 yrs. Then my ED stopped

and all the above problems high levels of Estradiol in men undo all the good TRT

dose for them.

When I first asked my Dr. to test this he laughed about it saying men don't have

this problem. Now today all his men on TRT are on Arimidex.

My Dr. is great I tell him something I picked up on the web he looks into it and

the next time I see him he is up on this and knows even more.

It's a same Dr.'s don't know about this or are willing to test and treat it.

I can't tell you how many men on TRT with ED problems and a low libido I have

told about high Estradiol levels. And they tested found they were very high got

this down and got there sex life back 2 were in there 80's.

Very, very few doctors understand hormones especially male hormes and associated

problems.  everyone should be allowed to punch a doctor once a year!  LOL

No lets not do that just try and show them what you know if they don't want to

listen it's there loss. Some Dr.'s know about low Testosterone and don't

believe in it.

Ironic.. Raloxifene (Evista) and Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) are primarily given to

women.  Funny.  Good thing he came around.

I know but it is odd that a lot of Dr.'s don't want to give Arimidex to men.

Here are some links to forums I help out at you might want to look them over and

join. Most or all the men posting at them sites have low Testosterone.

http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s= & daysprune= & f=2

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=81 & & welcome=true

This one is for men's Thyroid but once men see me talk about hormones we get a

lot with low Testosterone.

http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewforum.php?f=5 & sid=884f82b085cf41d149295ab6\

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/male-anti-aging/

At this new forum I met this Dr. at MESO's forum the link will follow this one.

This Dr. is great he is a Dr. of Psychiatry that believes most mental problems

people have are due to hormone problems he come to the MESO site for help from

the men with low T for his new book about to come out that will change the way

Psychiatry is done.

http://www.definitivemind.com/forums/index.php

http://forum.mesomorphosis.com/mens-health-forum/

Dont be put off by the sites being bodybuilding sites back in the day men with

low testosterone this was all we had for help.

Dr. nco posts were so good some one of my friends made this file of all his

posts at the MESO site. Read the file nco7.zip

I found out about my Adrenals and how to treat them from his posts.

For some men no this is not to high but can cause problems if your SHBG levels

are on the low side. I myself have problems this high I get sore and hard

nipples and get some ED problems but I am on TRT.

If your on Testosterone meds and your having his problem then you might do

better getting this down. The best levels are around 20 pg/ml.

After looking at your labs it appears that you may be hypothyroid and this could

be a huge part of your problem. I would also look into the adrenal saliva test

to rule out adrenal issues. We are seeing in our clinic many people with low

vitamin d levels that are having depression issues as well as thyroid and other

hormonal issues. So these are areas that need to be explored as well as your

lifestyle, nutritoin, current stress levels, sleep hygiene. Drs look for the

symptoms not the causes which can help avoid people from being on drugs when

they do not need to be. Yes excellent choice of DR because he will get you

straighten out thats for sure.
