Still it's about what your Dr. gave you I would take it back. Here is a cut and

paste from this link.

http://www.ftmguide.org/ttypes.html#cypionate

Is it 200mgs/ml in a 10 ml. vile.

==========================================================================

Testosterone enanthate: Chemical formula C26H40O3

Testosterone enanthate is one of the main forms of testosterone prescribed to

trans men in the United States. It is a slow-acting ester with a release time

between 8-10 days. The name-brand of T-enanthate available in the United States

is called " Delatestryl, " which is suspended in sesame oil. Testosterone

enanthate is typically injected anywhere between once every week to once every

three weeks. Generic testosterone enanthate can also be obtained through a

compounding pharmacy; such pharmacies can mix the enanthate in either sesame or

cotton seed oil. (For more information about compounding pharmacies, click

here.)

Testosterone cypionate: Chemical formula C27H40O3

Testosterone cypionate is the other main injectable form of testosterone

prescribed to trans men in the United States. It is a slow-acting ester with a

release time between 8-10 days, similar to that of enanthate. The name-brand of

T-cypionate available in the United States is called " Depo-Testosterone, " which

is suspended in cottonseed oil. Testosterone cypionate is typically injected

anywhere between once every week to once every three weeks. Generic testosterone

cypionate can also be obtained through a compounding pharmacy; such pharmacies

can mix the cypionate in either sesame or cotton seed oil. (For more information

about compounding pharmacies, click here.)

Not much difference. It is just a different ester that helps it release slowly

into the blood. The 1/2 life is about the same. I would look closely at the

strength. TC is usually 200mg/ml and TE is usually 250mg/ml.

I got a script for Depo-Testosterone. When I went to the drug store they gave me

Testosterone Enanthate. I thought that I was supposed to get Testesterone

Cypionate. What differences (if any) are there in these 2 medications?

I was prescribed a 10ml 100mg/ml of Depo-Testosterone. Which I thought was the

same as Test Cyp. I was actually given a 5ml 200mg/ml vial of Test Enan. Does

it make a difference?

Not really. The half lives are about the same. You will obviously have to watch

the dosing since one is 100mg/ml and the other is 200mg/ml.
