Guest guest
If it says between meals they mean on an empty stomach and usually that means 1/2 hour before a meal or 1.5 hours after a meal. If it says take with food it does not matter if you take it right before eating, during the meal, or within a half hour after the meal. As long as there is food still in your stomach. [ ] Does it matter when you take your pills? If a pill says take with food - should you take it BEFORE you start eating? After a few bites of food? Or is it okay to take it AFTER you finish the meal? Does it make a huge difference in the effectiveness? If it says take between meals, how much time should elapse after your last meal, and before your next meal? Guest guest
Often take with a meal means sandwich the pill in the middle of the meal!
