Guest guest
i highly doubt that dr clarks bowel cleanse relieves irritability. i think i am more knowledgeable than dr clark with regard to intestinal cleansing. most people just hit the tip of the iceberg with bowel cleansing. if you would like, i will educate you on this subject, or point you in the direction of people that are more knowledgeable than dr clark. i like the liver flushes, but this was not hers, it is a folk remedy. again i'll say that if i had it to do over again, i'd do the liver flushes first. if i had a choice i'd take a clean liver over a clean bowel. i think most of the irritability right now is due to my liver and gall bladder still being plugged, blocked thoracic lymph duct and also mercury. i have tried activated charcoal as per dr clark's advice in the book-- to no avail. but once again she is out of her league and i don't think she understands the issue of mercury very well. i do well with low doses of dmps. i've done the psyllium cleanses before. compared to raw food cleansing they are about as effective as spitting up wind. it's good if you want to fool yourself into thinking that you are cleansing. i went through 'parasite' cleansing years ago. this is where i received my education on the subject. i passed worms for 5 years. before that i passed closed to a hundred pounds of waste from my intestines before i ever saw a single worm. i am now worm free. subsequent to deworming i have passed at least another hundred pounds of waste from my intestines. i think i could spend another 10 or 15 years bowel cleansing and still not be finished. it's a much heavier subject than most people are aware of. after 10 years in total, i started releasing mercury from my intestines. god only knows what else lurks in there.
