Guest guest
It's an interesting article. I was going to post it the other day in response to someone here who said he was eating soy to help estrogen balance, but my internet service went out for a while. The things in this article are exactly why I avoid soy like the plague. bjesplin > > SOY Is This the Most Dangerous Food for Men? > > http://www.menshealth.com/cda/articl...eac____ & page=1 >
Guest guest
The group had a guy posted some yrs. ago from the Bahamas that he had low testosterone and was from the states. He could not get the right tests to figure out why he was low in posting back and forth. He said he is a health nut and that he drinks a lot of SOY milk. I told him this might be way his testosterone levels are so low. He was just married and also had some bad ED problems he was in his mid 20's. He stopped all the SOY milk and got some Indolopex/DIM in 2 weeks he posted back his levels were coming back up and his ED was gone. When I had told him SOY was not good for men Dr. AKA SWALE at MEASO's forum was posting this about SOY not good for men and about women giving there baby boys SOY milk. SOY puts a E marker in your body it dose not work but your brain sees this marker I call it a marker don't know the proper name for it. The marker looks to the brain like your Testosterone levels are to high but the marker is a E marker problem in men is the brain can't tell the difference between a high levels if E or T and thinks the high E is T. So it slows down sending the LH and FSH messages to the Testis to make more Testosterone. So your labs look like your Secondary meaning your Pituitary is bad but with out testing Estradiol with T labs you can't tell if the man is Secondary. This is way I tell men when they do labs for the first time to test Estradiol if this comes back high with low T and low LH and FSH it's not Secondary it's the High Estradiol and getting this down his levels can come up some 200 to 300 points.
