Testosterone total 149ng/dl ref. 250-1100 measured by LCMSMS correlates well with extratction/RIA method % Free 1.82% ref 1.5-2.2 Testosterone Free 27.1 pg/nl ref 35-155 Uric Acid 6.5 CBC WBC 6.0 RBC 5.48 Hemoglobin 16.7 Hematocrit 48.5 MCV 88.5 MCH 30.5 MCHC 34.5 RDW 13.1 Platlet 285 Absolute Neutrophils 3.8 " Lymphocyctes 1.4 " Monosytes 0.5 " Eosenophils 0.3 " Basophils 0.0 Neutrophils 63.5 Lymphocyctes 22.5 Monocytes 8.9 Eosinophils 4.3 Basophilis 0.8 Prostate Specific Antigen Total PSA 0.4 Comp Metabolic Panel Sodium 142 Potassium 4.9 Chlorine 106 Carbon dioxide 24 Glucose 103 (was 115 last month) Bun 14 Creatinine 1.0 Bun/Creatinine ratio 14 GFR estimated >60 Calcium 9.1 Total Protein 7.1 Albumin 4.5 Globulin 2.6 A/G ratio 1.7 Bilirubin Total 1.1 AST (SGOT) 28 ALT (SGPT) 36 ALK Phos 81 Total Chol 214 Triglycerides 126 HDL 44 LDL 145 VLBL Cholesterol 25 (What is this one?) So what does any of this tell us about the best way to proceed? (I know we need some more labs as recommended by allthingsmale) The nurse has already said we will be talking about TRT.
