Premera BC/BS out of WA state does, for the vial at least, for those who

self-inject. It is part of treatment for hypogonadism

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if people's insurance generally covers HCG shots.

It probably depends on whatever plan you have, but I'm just worried

that BCBS will figure that HCG is " not medically necessary, " and that

fixing shrunken testicles is a cosmetic issue.

I've had frustration just getting BCBS to cover my Test shots. I

think that's pretty much figured out now.
