Guest guest
Your E2 looks good- between 15 -30 pg/mL is a good place to be. When everything else is optimized, an E2 of 20 pg/mL is excellent. One would expect TRT to reduce SHBG as well. DHT is generally higher with the gel than with injections as the skin has lots of 5 alpha reductase receptors that make DHT. This could cause prostatic problems (note changes in your PSA over time) but if your E2 is in check, it might make very little impact. Injections have greater likelihood in converting to E2 than Androgel, but this can be minimized by dosage & frequency. Sounds like you have a good solution, so why change it? Tiredness might be from intense training or could simply be due to too many carbohydrates in a meal. ~Xian > > > I am a 59 years old, primary, have been taking Androgel (7.5 > grams/day) for several years.
