- thanks for taking the time to post the information.

I have followed this diet since the beginning of the year (i'm type O) and it

has been great. The only thing I really miss are breads, which I love, but I

find the craving for breads is diminished by eating food with oil. For

instance, if the craving gets to me, I make a bowl of salad with lots of

tomatoes,

lettuce, onion, garlic, tinned sardine and mix it with a little olive oil and

just occasionally some mozzarella (mozzarella is neutral according to the

blood type diet) and the cravings go away. I think my body is really craving

the

oil and the oily fish, not the bread, it's just the way my brain has

interpreted it. Also, my GB soreness is much less than what it had been. I'm

hoping

by the end of the year it will have disappeared, without having done a single

flush. I am unsubscribing for now because I'm going on vacation but would love

to hear more from people who are thinking of trying or are following this

diet.
