They should be testing for estradiol -E2. The strongest estrogen. Make

sure you get the " sensitive assay " as normal tests are not reliable in

the low range men see.

The first thing I need to say is when a Dr. says your PSA should go up on

AndroGel you need to run from the dam Dr. Every Dr. I have read about says

testing PSA for Prostate cancer. It is not influenced by Testosterone. Back in

the day Dr.'s felt going on TRT would cause cancer. They now know it's the lack

of Testosterone and higher levels of Estradiol that can cause cancer. Go to Dr.

Gorden's site and read and watch the videos.

I am not sure if you meant to say Estradiol in stead of Estrone if you tested

Estrone this is useless on men you need to test Estradiol E2 Quest #4021 the

range is 13 to 54 pg/ml you need to be at about 20 pg/ml. So get your E2 tested

before taking anything to bring down your E2 levels. Yes if your high on E2 it

can give you man boobs. Taking Arimidex or Indolplex/DIM will get this down if

it's not breast tissue.

The following link is full of links about DIM.

Dr. no has a private practice in Monterey, California.

He is the best of the best. He does outpatient Psychiatry but believes that all

problems are mostly due to low Hormones. I have been talking to him on the web

for yrs he was researching low Testosterone in men for his new book. So we told

him our story and he posted tons of info helping us for helping him. This is

his web site and he just started a forum.

http://definitivepsychiatry.com/services/services.html

Go to his forum and join and read to see what I am talking about.

http://www.definitivemind.com/forums/index.php

Most of the men that see him fly out to see him he only needs to see you once to

test and treat you by Email.

If you don't get night time and morning wood going on Indolplex/DIM taking one

tablet at dinner time in about 2 weeks you will get your wood back so strong it

will wake you up. Keep taking the DIM but if your wood stops your going down to

low on E2 so stop taking it. When your wood comes back that day go back on it

but cut the tablet in half. Also take some TMG with this at bedtime TMG helps

your liver wash out the E's that get converted from E2 and helps one sleep some

of it turns into SamE.

Yes you will lose weight if you have high E2 levels and take Arimidex of

Indolplex/DIM I tell men to take Indolplex/DIM when they can't get there Dr. to

give them arimidex. If you get Arimidex start with .25mgs or 1/4 of a pill

every 2 to 3 days gage by your wood. Some men only need .25mgs every 3 days.

You need to keep a log on what your taking and how you feel. So you can learn

how you feel going to high or falling to low on E2 you need to keep it at about

20 pg/ml of what gives you the best wood.

I don't know your age but your workout program is a lot and if your not

recovering in an hour or less when you stop your over doing it and you can cause

your Adreanls to ware out. You need to test your Cortisol levels do a morning

fasting test if your lower then 15 you have back over worked adreanls. So get a

4x's in a day Saliva Cortisol test done you can buy this your self.

Read this link.

=================================================

1) LAB WORK packages designed specifically for readers of Stop the Thyroid

Madness with good prices–STTM Thyroid and Adrenal Lab Packages You can choose

just saliva for cortisol (which is six times in a 24 hour period), or use

LabCorp facilities around the US for blood draws.

2) LAB WORK from ZRT LABORATORIES Saliva and a blood prick test…or one or the

other. Adrenal Function Test for cortisol. The blood spot test kit uses a

finger prick and several tests can be done from a single sample. They state

it’s on par with serum needle blood draw tests, though you can do this right

in your own home. THIS IS ALSO A PLUS SINCE SALIVA CAN FAIL TO DETECT THYROID

ANTIBODIES. One downfall: it’s at least $100 more expensive than saliva.
