Guest guest
I have suspicions that my copper level might be too high based on symptoms and research. Every time I thought my mood was going smoothly, things would dive for a few days or so, then go back to normal. Couldn't figure it out with all these testosterone problems at the same time. But the big clues were things I ate at the time: chicken livers, avocadoes, nuts, mushrooms... foods high in copper, low in zinc. Also, I tried maca twice in the last two months and wound up super emotional, crying, within the next day of starting. So I looked up the nutrition info on maca powder and found one website that said that it has .6mg copper and .004 zinc (something along those lines). The ideal ratio of zinc to copper is 8:1. So I'm one step closer to solving this puzzle, as long as someone knows what the mineral content of tribulus is, because I had the exact same reaction when I tried it. Already did a hair tissue analysis and waiting for the results. Shay
