Guest guest
What is a healthy T to E2 ratio, and is it calculated with the level of total T or of free T? Thanks.
Guest guest
I've found in my personal experience that it can be different for everyone, that there is no set rule regarding this. managing my E2 has been the most frustrating aspect of my personal dealing with hypogonadism. What have others found? The best advice I ever got about E2 was from Phil;that is if you wake up with an erection, most likely your E2 levels are in the correct range. Guest guest
When my total T:E2 is 30:1 up to 50:1 I feel best. > > > > What is a healthy T to E2 ratio, and is it calculated with the level > > of total T or of free T? Thanks. IMHO the ratio is unimportant. The important part is keeping it between about 20 and 35. Much Below 20 the impacts are immense - all loss of libido erection etc. Plus bone issues etc. Above 40 and it starts to rob you of the benefit of TRT.
