Guest guest
Are you on TRT? Even if you are that is a pretty high dose. Your E2 is probably dropping too low. I would stop for a few days and then try again with 1/4mg every 3 days. ________________________________ From: noonanjg <jgnoonan@...> Sent: Thursday, September 10, 2009 6:13:53 AM Subject: Possible Arimidex side effect? I've been on Arimidex a week now, taking .5mg every other day. I am starting to develop aches in all my joints and it is making working out pretty painful. Is this common from Arimidex? Will is dissipate? Joe
Guest guest
Did you get some night time and moring wood on this then lose it if so you went to low stop taking it until your wood comes back then go back on it but only take 1/4 of a pill .25 mgs every 2 to 3 days each time you lose wood your going down to low. Read my posts about this today. Guest guest
Every guy has three to six erections a night, each lasting anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. These involuntary nocturnal erections appear during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, the stage in which dreaming occurs. But they have nothing to do with the dream content. A nocturnal hard on doesn’t imply that you are sexually excited. Nightly erections are like a ‘battery-recharging’ mechanism for the penis. The pelvic blood flow ensures the penis gets all the oxygen it needs. When your Estradiol levels are to high this stops. Guest guest
Unfortunately nothing yet. At least nothing consistent. I woke the third day with one but nothing since. Guest guest
An erection. My estradiol level is very high and I have not had night time or morning erections in almost 2 years. Guest guest
Oneday with wood at .5 mgs tells me you came down very fast and went down to low this happens this is why I tell men look out for wood if you got good wood one day then lost it your went to low. Stop the arimidex until the wood comes back then go back on it but do only .25 mgs say every 3 days. Guest guest
High or to low levels of Estradiol will kill erections if nothing is wrong like high sugar levels. Guest guest
I know that you have written about this at length, but I was wondering if you think the morning erection guage is good enough to replace blood tests to determine estradiol levels. I am taking .25mg Arimidex every other day. I took it in January and February then stopped. I started taking it again the end of July. My guage for high E2 is nipple pain, but I have never been too low so I don't know what to expect. I haven't had my E2 tested since April and I'm wondering if I should have it checked again soon to moniter it, or just rely on the erection thing. My doctor wants to retest in December. Also do you think the erection guage still works if you are taking Cialis? bjesplin > > > From: noonanjg <jgnoonan@...> > > Subject: Possible Arimidex side effect? > > > > Date: Thursday, September 10, 2009, 7:13 AM > > I've been on Arimidex a week now, > > taking .5mg every other day. Guest guest
I should add that I am having great nighttime and morning erections. I have been taking Cialis daily for the past few weeks. I had good morning erections without the Cialis also. I was wondering if Cialis would mask low E2. > > > > > From: noonanjg <jgnoonan@> > > > Subject: Possible Arimidex side effect? > > > > > > Date: Thursday, September 10, 2009, 7:13 AM > > > I've been on Arimidex a week now, > > > taking .5mg every other day. Guest guest
Yes I do if you go down to low Cialis, Viagra and so on will not get it up. There are times I get fooled and think I am to low and find out I am to high. Estradiol is one of the hardest things I have found to keep level. Get wood Gage works great for me and I am on Cialis for my heart take it everyday when I go down to low I still lose wood. But labs do help to keep things in check. Today I am on heart meds that give me ED problems but this has nothing to do with involuntary nocturnal erections that appear during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep they are not the same. I get night time and morning wood but sill need to take viagra to have sex dam drugs I am on are a big problem. Guest guest
Phil: Mine came back this morning. Do I restart the Arimidex today, or tomorrow? Then I should take .25 every two days or every three days? Thanks! I found that daily use of L-Arginine (3000mg) was effective prior to TRT and post TRT and does not give me any headache or muscle aches. Perhaps the issue is T to E balance or more complex...
