Guest guest
Ones cortisol levels are the highest in the morning in the range even if one is above the range your OK it it's not to high. Labs have lower the range for this test it goes up to I think 25 it us to be at 35 so if your over 35 your adrenals are working to hard and they will slow way down doing this and you get what some call Adrenal Fatigue. If your labs are 15 or lower then you have a problem they are over worked and can't make enough Cortisol. Have you read the links I gave you about this you posted a 3x's in a day Saliva test showing your low in the morning. We Hard and myself know from this test your Adreanls are bad. http://www.tmuscle.com/article/diet_and_nutrition/adrenal_fatigue_101 & cr=dietAnd\ Nutrition Co-Moderator Phil

Guest guest
I did the 24 hr. test. Cortisol ok in morning then it nose dives the rest of the day. I started working on this with HAN and Dr. O. I have all the symptoms in the attached link except a craving for salt. I have a lot of problems with tendonitis. At times my blood pressure is low. Also, i have hypoglycemia everyday. The hypoglycemia has been better the last 3 days. I've been taking Herbal HPA by Future Formulations. Also addressing my vitamin D problem. > > Ones cortisol levels are the highest in the morning in the range even if one is above the range your OK it it's not to high. Guest guest
Until I started to treat my low Cortisol levels I had hypoglycemia so bad I would feel like passing out. I even still wake in the middle of the night if I don't eat something to keep my sugar levels up and I keep some thing on my bed stand to eat if this happens in the middle of the night. Being on Cortef HC has helped me big time I helped Hard with his problem some yrs ago we both were a mess.
