Guest guest
All you can do is try it I did a search on it found this from this link. Looks like you should do 1.25 mgs or a half a 2.5 mgs pill one to two times a week. I would start with once a week. http://tinyurl.com/5nktgh ========================================================================== Product Information A potent aromatase inhibitor. Femara ® is the best known brand of a drug called Letrozole. This is a potent and selective non-steroidal inhibitor of the Aromatase (estrogen synthetase) system, which converts testosterone and adrenal androgens to estrogens in peripheral tissue. Femara is used in the treatment of advanced or locally advanced breast cancer, and as adjuvant treatment in early breast cancer. In postmenopausal women the dose is often 2.5mg daily by mouth. However, Femara is also used by " aging " men, who want to reduce their conversion of testosterone and adrenal hormones to estrogens. This is because it is quite common for a 59-year old man to have more estrogen circulating (primarily as estradiol), than a 54-year old woman! It is thus believed that " skewed " estrogen ratios, possibly caused by toxins, environmental factors and aging, play a major role in the formation of cancers in both men and women, (particularly prostate, cervical and breast), and also lead to other disturbances such as increased fat deposits etc. Your estradiol, estrone and testosterone levels can be monitored using the saliva test kit. Although it's an unofficial use, an average of 1.25mg Femara, once or twice per week is used by men who wish to see their estrogen levels decline, and their free testosterone levels increase. Guest guest
I am 31 and find myself without much energy. Erections are fine along with sex, but when your body doesn't feel right it sucks. I do feel I have extra estrogen in my system. It would make sense. Hey, I was wondering if this drug (over the counter or prescription ?) can help a primary hypo. guy as well? Its not easy trying to coach an Endo in trying HCG, but maybe something like this can help.... > From: fair681969 <fair681969 (DOT) com> > Subject: Letrozole ( Femara ) dose for male to lower E2 > > Date: Monday, August 25, 2008, 4:47 PM > I am 38,Secondary, on TRT. Guest guest
One and only one way to tell about your Estradiol levels is to have them tested. If you have erections and can have sex you can still have higher levels. How about night time and morning wood if you have them your levels for most men on ok. I would not mess with estradiol levels with out a test. And yes there are supplements you can use to low levels. One I find that works very good is Indolplex/DIM. http://www.ritecare.com/prodsheets/PHY-15336.html I find this brand works most DIM's out there are not very good this brand works. So if you tested and find your above say 40 pg/ml and you don't get night time and morning wood. Try this take one tablet at dinner time don't take 2 you can go down so fast you will miss the wood and go down to low. This is just as bad as being to high. You can't get it up taking a pill when to low. Guest guest
I have been using 0.25mg of Arimidex daily and inject 400Ui of HCG on day 1, then 80mg of Testo Cypionate on day 2. Basically I shoot something every day. That is what it takes for me to feel ok. Less than that and I am very depressed. With all that, I feel like I used to on 2 packs of gel daily. Where can I find the E2 saliva test kit?? Thanks!
Guest guest
Don't test sex hormones on Saliva labs I feel they are only good for Cortisl. I see a lot of Saliva labs at my Thyroid forum and every man has a level of 3 to 4x's above the top of the range in blood labs this would be 150 pg/ml or higher. Here is a link you can get labs from the web. http://www.lef.org/BloodTest/ And if you go to Dr. 's site, Dr. Crisler is offering a complimentary 12-month subscription to Life Extension magazine. Get this and if you order from them for your labs they will offer you a lower price to join the club for better prices on labs. www.allthingsmale.com Co-Moderator Phil > From: Stephan Pochet <spochet@...> > Subject: Re: Letrozole ( Femara ) dose for male to lower E2 > > Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2008, 2:48 PM > I have been using 0.25mg of Arimidex daily and inject 400Ui > of HCG on day 1, then 80mg of Testo Cypionate on day 2. > Basically I shoot something every day.
