Guest guest
I seem to get this too (and I am a guy). Its like an emotional roller coaster ride with the cleansing. I think exercise helps. Maybe amino acids. Also (haven't tried this but am considering it), St. 's Wort. This herb is excellent and known for its ability to keep neurotransmitters in the brain longer. If SJW doesn't work, it would tell us that the problem lies in circulating toxins, I think. > I finished my first liver cleanse on Wednesday. Thank you! ________ YES, I have experienced this (not the vomiting, though) and someone else sometime back asked the same thing. I think it does something to our female hormones, not sure can explain it all here now, but it does pass, thankfully. But it is kind of strange to go through these moods...I go from elation when my body is has cleared out the stones, to a few days to a week that feel like the old days when I had PMS. So yes, yes, yes, you are normal, and this seems to be part of the deal for some of us. L. Guest guest
what happens is this as you keep doing flushes, more old stones deeper in the liver will move up to the bile duct. larger stones can completely block the flow of bile. the liver then tries to create bile and it has nowhere to go except into unintended harmful places. old toxins and bile are then recirculated back into the body and eventually reach the brain. thats my theory. the fact that you felt like vomiting while this was going on lends evidence that this is somewhat accurate. i have been there many times unfortunately. it gets better as you get the larger stones out. you wont get the big ones out on every flush. it takes time and perseverence. and it's bitch riding it out through those times like you described. try taking a bath with food grade h202 to get more oxygen into your blood. that might ease things a bit.
