No don't take 2 indolplex/dims only one at dinner time. If you take 2 you can

go down so fast your miss the zone of getting your night time and mornng wood

back.

Here is a list of supplements and when I take them.

TMG 750mg 1pm and 11pm 2 pills a day.

Solary Super Bio C it's a 2 stage pill fast in stomach then half slow over the

next 12 hrs. I do 1 pill in the morning and 1 at dinner for a total of 1000mgs.

Kirkland Fish Oil Omega 3 1200 mg Fish Oil, 684 mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids per

serving. Morning, noon and dinner time.

l-Arginine and l-Orthinine 100 Capsules, 750 mg, Twinlab 1 at bedtime.

NOW brand ZMA 800mgs 3 at bedtime.

Copper 2mgs at noon.

Dr. Cranton's PrimeNutrients 3 in the morning and 3 at dinner time.

Maca. 1 tsp in the moning and 1 tsp at noon.

Biotics Bio-D-Mulsion Forte Vit. D 2000 IU's per drop I am doing 4 drops 2x's a

day.

I went with NOW brand for the following supplements do to a high level on a

Homocysteine Cardiovascular and below normal level of Folate RBC labs.

NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine, Selenium, Molybdenum - 600 mg.

Folic Acid 800mcg and B-12 25mcg.

B-6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 100 mg.

B-12 (Brain) Methylcobalamin - 5000 mcg lozenges/

Super Bio C - Buffered 1000 mg.

Coenzyme B Complex.

P-5-P (Coenzyme B6) 50 mg.

I am taking 800 mcg. Folacal for low Folate RBC.

Since my M.D. won't prescribe or recommend vitamins, supplements,

etc.

How did you determine what supplements to take? A nutritionist? On

your own? Via input from others?

And, is this is in addition to TRT or instead of TRT?

And, What have been the " before supplement " and " after supplement "

results?

I take 5gm Testim daily, fish oil, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and a

multivitamin. Original T-level was 170 prior to Testim. Waiting for

new follow up lab test as of this writing.

I do get frustrated that Dr. just writes prescriptions for drugs, but

is not able to provide nutritional support. I just started browsing

the topics so maybe I will find a topic about nutrition somewhere.
