Guest guest Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 I have been on testim gel for a month then switched to injections and now since I have started to take DIM for a few weeks notice a leveling off of heat wave, sweats (although not completely) and irritability. I have also noticed that 30 minutes of treadmill and about an hour of resistance, mostly machnines, seems to help level in general. However, I am maintaining an uber tight diet. Goat yogurt and flax, fruit, sardines, etc. Maybe it is the muscle to fat conversion, but I have put on 20 pounds in two months and now am pushing 280lbs when i should be max 215lbs. If you read the article on the guy with hemochromatosis I uploaded to the file section, he experienced the same thing until they introduced HG. Then in 6 months he was back to normal body weight (BMI). I think Phil had mentioned that getting T set right sometimes will naturally increase GH. I have to do something I am growing out of everything. I use to been athletic and lifted most of my life. I am disciplined, I just don't know what to do know. I get good wood every morning and I feel better, not great yet but coming. The burn in the gym is intense more so than ever and I notic emass piling on esp since i had muscl memory form before. What to do? I am getting another set of labs and if the HG isnt lifting after a month on gel and a month of .5 ml/week of injects should I seek out HG?
