I agree with your point Steve- I'm libertarian also & believe the government

exists to protect individuals' rights, but unfortunately we have to be aware of

current restrictions.

From what I've read, the exemption of importing medicines applies to exemption

from the Federal Controlled Substances Act, not other federal laws (like FDA

regulations) nor state laws. Since hCG is a controlled substance in certain

states, it would not be protected by this exemption. (Whether it actually gets

seized is another matter.)

Your strategy is the best one- having a local prescription of hCG so that you

are following the matrix of laws concerning importation. I just want others to

be aware of the laws so they can protect themselves with that knowledge.
