Guest guest
following on from last mail i am just lost each time i look up secondary hypogonadsm i get like this from wikipedia Diagnosis Physicians measure gonadotropins (LH and FSH) to distinguish primary from secondary hypogonadism. In primary hypogonadism the LH and/or FSH are usually elevated, while in secondary hypogonadism both are normal or low. Hypogonadism is often discovered during evaluation of delayed puberty, but ordinary delay which eventually results in normal pubertal development and reproductive function is termed constitutional delay. so yes myn endo was correct for primary but he dismissed secondary as well stating both needed high level of fsh and lh to be diagnosied and of coure low t which at 7.6 nmo/ l its not so as said one hand is saying good he is going to test me on trt injections but other hand is saying why is his info differant from others,is he wrrong or are others?? regards paul
