Guest guest
Hi Dan, I don't think your having acne but feel this can be a Hive I still get one once in a wile the ones I hate are on my head and itch like made. This happens to me when Estradiol " E2 " levels are going up. I feel you will be happier when you get this down first thing that come back for me was my involuntary nocturnal erections that appear during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. I have not had them for over 35 yrs and all of a sudden I woke up in the middle of the night with it so strong it hurt. When this happens you know your levels are at there best. Do keep us up to date on how your doing. You can go to low and your wood will stop best thing to do when this happens is to stop the Indolplex/DIM until the wood comes back then that day go back on it don't wait because E2 comes back up very fast if you catch this soon. So that day go back on it but cut the tablet in half. Also you can take some Zinc this also helps to keep E2 down and we are all low on this. I use NOW brand ZMA for this it's the best and because Zinc lowers your Copper levels I take 2mgs of Copper at noon the ZMA at bedtime. One other thing that helps your body flush out the E's from using Indolplex/DIM is to take TMG at bed time some of this will convert into SamE and this helps one sleep the rest will help your liver wash out the E's that the DIM converts the E2 into. http://www.myvitanet.com/tmgtr75120ca.html http://www.myvitanet.com/zmaanspre90c.html Co-Moderator Phil > From: Dan Lee <nvestnyuth@...> > Subject: justgot it-Indolplex > > Date: Monday, November 17, 2008, 7:12 PM > > Just received my Indolplex/DIM from myvitanet.
