What is the normal % of bioavailable Testosterone to Testosterone?

For instance Free Testosterone is supposed to be 2% of total T.

Also there is a Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator at

www.issam.ch/freetesto.htm

The calculator asks you to enter total T, SHBG and Albumin.

When I did that the The bio T and free T from the calculator came out almost 2x

the Quest numbers. which is more accurate?
