Hi, I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. Had a mastectomy and lymph

glands removed. Started chemo on Thursday.

I live on Magnetic Island in the dry tropics in Australia.

We have an abundance of pawpaw, noni and aloe vera growing on the island so I

have access to some marvellous superfoods. I have found an organic vegetable

supplier who can supply the island and a friend is going to tell me where to get

organic meat.

I have cut out dairy and non-fruit/vegetable sugar except I bought some xylitol

cos I read that it has some anti-cancer properties. Haven't used it yet.

I have been trying to drink water with baking soda to raise my PH - I'm

beginning to hate it so hardly doing that now. I think the chemo is making it

more difficult to take stuff which is unpleasant.

I have also been playing with a crystal 'godzilla' to try to clean up my tongue

which went very white after the 3 courses of anti-biotics i took when I had my

lymph drain in.

I already have noni juice in stock which I made by putting the fruit in a glass

jar and then leaving in the garden (frequently we had sun) for a few weeks. I

try to take 1 - 2 tablespoons a day but often forget.

One thing I did yesterday was to boil up and then simmer for 2 hours some pawpaw

leaves and stems. I've stored 2 bottles of the resulting liquid in sterilised

glass bottles. Not sure how much of that I should take daily.

I need a plan.

Kind regards

Audrey
