Guest guest
I have been experiencing some symptoms that look like they point to magnesium deficiencies. I have had very sore feet, gallstones, eye twitches (both eyes going at the same time to the point I can't keep them open) and sometimes kidney pain. I found a post (below) that says they needed injections to bring up the intramuscular magnesium level before the oral would absorb effectively. I was wondering how much of a difficiency would have to be before one would have to resort to injections? Someone on one of my lists said that sore feet and gallstones could be caused by a magnesium deficiency, too. Any input would be appreciated Glenda Re: eye twitches I used to get an annoying twitch in the muscles around my right eye. It was exacerbated by the huge amount of time I spend on my trusty IBM clone earning a living. It completely disappeared after I got enough intramuscular magnesium sulfate by injection (took about 4 months) to bring up my intracellar magnesium levels to the point that I could absorb oral magnesium effectively. The twitch is completely gone now, even during my work busy seasons. I'm sure that the magnesium got rid of it. Hope this helps.
Guest guest
I get these too if my magnesium levels are to low, and also if I have not had enough sleep. Try it! Jacqui [ ] eye twitches has anyone else had eye twitches here. is this a result of toxicity and what do you take for it. Most people tell me it's a nervous thing but I don't believe it. Maybe allergy related? thanks so much
Guest guest
I have eye twitches from time to time. Someone looking at me wouldn't see it. It's happening from the inside. At one point a few years back it got very bad. It concerned me because my Mom had her left eye removed due to a malignant tumor. I had a CAT scan done, and a mass was found on the top of my left nasal passage. These MD's can really scare you. I was sent to an ENT. He showed me the x-ray, and said it was my sinuses, and nothing to worry about! This after waiting weeks for the apt. and worrying! --- In , Prokofiew <aprokofiew@e...> wrote: > has anyone else had eye twitches here. is this a result of toxicity and what do you take for it.
