Hi Anne,

I thought it was very interesting and would like to hear more.

Thanks for taking the time. I have done a couple of flushes and have

been reading the posts on this site for several months now. I have

had about 2 months symptom free and feeling great. Then this week I

started getting the pain again, or more like a cramping that I got

before. I'm guessing that the stones from the back have moved forward

as is suggested on the website. www.sensiblehealth.com. I am

probably going to do another flush next weekend. I am hoping to have

good results. Anyway, I am very interested in herbs and oils. I

have used Cumin in my recipes but I didn't know it came in oil form.

Do they sell it at the health food stores? Anyway, thanks again for

your information. I am sure that many people get a lot out of

reading the posts even if they don't say so. I know that I am

usually pretty quiet.

my opinion on this one.

digestion, whereas the oils that I mentioned do not. I remember

reading about the melting point of fats and oils, and I believe that

the more solid animal fats require more heat in order to stay liquid,

thus perhaps having a tendancy to clog the body more.

these statements, up, I think people are capable of doing their own

research anyway, and drawing their own conclusions as to whether my

own opionions on fat are all true, partly true or rubbish/! however

I have read widely and think there may be some credence to my points!

intention was to bring the wonderful benefits about the CUMIN, and of

course the book title and the website.

bad for you and may lead to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes...

if people find the article useful, it makes me wonder why I bother,

but perhaps this is not considered a problem by others?
